The 3 1/2's   -  $675 - 695 -725 (1st,2nd,3rd floor)

There is only one of each type of 3 1/2 in the building.
The one on the first floor does not have a 2nd bedroom.
The ones on the 2nd and 3rd floors have a small 2nd room which we do not count towards calling this unit a 4 1/2 as that would be a disappointing 2nd room. For someone looking for a 3 1/2 the second bedroom is a "bonus".

The main living room is quite large and usually functions as an eating area (the corner near the kitchen) and a living room.
Often this rom has "sections" like sofa and TV on one side, desk and computer in another area. It is large enough so many creative uses can be found. Decide for yourself how you would place your furniture.

The main bedroom is adequate enough in size that a bed can be placed vertically or horizontally. With a single or double bed or fouton one would usually have a desk in this room, also. Many arrangements are possible.

All floors are hardwood except ceramic in bathroom and tiles in kitchen.

Full size frost-free fridge and stove included. Microwave, air conditioning, electric fireplace available at no extra charge.

front units
There are 6 front, 6 back and 3 middle 4 1/2's at "Le 6000".

All units have 2 closed bedrooms, hardwood floors, frost-free fridge, stove, and optionally microwave, air conditioning, fireplace, and fan with remote control. All units have double insulated thermal windows to keep noise out and heat in. All have electric circuit breakers (no fuses) to provide ample power and protect your electronics. All are wired internally for videotron (videotron optional and not included). Front and middle units have galley style kitchens while the back units have the open kitchens. All kitchens have lots of cupboards. All plumbing has been upgraded to copper (high pressure) and hot water system is centralized and included in your rent.
The layouts are all "open concept" (versus long hallway with rooms on the side).
Front units - There are 2 types in the front. Regular and Condo. The regular are a little bigger than middle units, especially front bedroom which has 2 closets. They face parc ave. Galley style kitchens. The condo units have to be seen to be believed. In a word, stunning.

Middle units - are similar to front in layout, just a little smaller. They are cheaper to heat as the are surrounded by other apts.
The kitchens are galley style (like on a boat or yaught). Standing room only, yet lots of cupboards, full size fridge, stove, sink, and is quite practical for cooking. Kitchen is more out of view from guests in dining/living area. 

Back units - are the brightest as they have windows facing east and west. The kitchens are open along the long side so they have easier access from the dining area. These units are extremely popular because they are sunny all day long. Some have completely brand new kitchens and bathrooms and that explains the price difference. Even the "regular" units are clean and extremely well maintained and we have not rebuilt the bathrooms and kitchens (a $20,000 project) on purpose to leave a more economical option available for those that prefer it.

In summary, we have units that range in price from $890 - $1520 and they all are clean, well maintained, and have their unique features and advantages to meet various needs and requirements.
