Our VISION – One day the relationship between landlords and tenants will be respectful, positive and productive. Property-owners and managers will serve their tenants with respect and care and constantly be looking for ways to meet tenants’ needs. Tenants will appreciate that renting is an economical way to have a comfortable, well-maintained place to live without the hassles of ownership. Tenants will perceive owners and managers as loyal service-providers and trustworthy advisers versus trying to get away with doing as little as possible and being uncaring.
Our Mission – is to raise the standards for all property owners and managers.
While we do not control the market, we can raise our own standards and maintain a high level of performance. This will get others to copy us in order to compete and get ahead of others. Eventually, when enough owners and managers have raised their standards, the remaining ones will have to follow suit in order to survive.

The building  
The building is a charming 90 year old property with all the modern mechanicals like copper plumbing (high pressure), grounded electrical outlets with circuit breakers (no fuses, safe for electronics), thermal windows (keeps noise out and heat in). In 2012 we did a major renovation including all new exterior bricks, exterior lights, including 16 closed circuit cameras with internet monitoring and recording of video. There are many nice cosmetic features also, like granite lobby, awnings, hardwood floors, maytag digital laundry machines (2 washer, 2 dryer, $1.50 each) and lots more....we are always trying to improve and each year we do some types of improvements. For 2013 we plan on redoing the basement laundry room in marble. ..... sincerely, Norm Gordon, property manager and administrator, since August 11, 1991.
